Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, colleagues, and firm leadership in the office.
- Lead litigation cases, including managing case strategy, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court.
- Mentor junior attorneys and staff, fostering a collaborative and skilled team environment.
- Handle complex legal matters in insurance defense, oil and gas, or environmental law, delivering high-quality results to clients.
- Collaborate with other offices and maintain strong communication across the firm.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 years of litigation experience with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in insurance defense, oil and gas, or environmental law.
- A strong leader who enjoys mentoring and training others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Active license in the state of Texas.
